It's always somehow reassuring to hear that a guy your size can still manage to grow. Sounds like the summer has been good to you - and yeah, I'm sure it will slow down some when you get back to school, but only for a while. And I'm sure you'll get some good comments from friends who maybe haven't seen you for a few months - always a plus! Keep up the great work!

Just been trying to get a little stronger. All the daily MMA training in the past has made it hard to give time to recover, but I've had some timeout and made slow but steady gains. Once back in the dojo, the fat will start to fly off!

Glad to hear it's going well - not much new on my end. Been tied up quite a bit the past few weeks so my workouts are just helping me maintain. After next week though I'll be back at it full speed for the entire summer. Looking forward to losing fat and gaining some arm and chest size. How are you coming on your goals?
