Good progress man...thanks for checking in...my training is more of the mental fashion these days...I am almost done with my surgery clerkship....working with a plastic surgeon for now and then 2 weeks with an orthopedic surgeon...learning a lot and loving it. Hoping to start personal training again which helps me get back into 100% shape! Be well!

Things are alright...just been busy...finished up my family med clerkship and now gearing up for 3 months doing surgery...will be a hectic start to 09, but welcomed (will have to be creative to make time 4 working out)! looks like things are great for you...I see your body is transforming nicely...

THings are as crazy as ever with me...gearing up to start surgery clerkships in January, but working on some other projects in the meantime...looking 4ward to the change in the White house and see you are too...congrats on cutting sizes!! Hope all is well with mariied life!

Wow...you look great...your hard work has really paid off! Thanks for checking in...yeah I have been mia...school and life challenges really got to me in 2008, but I am hanging in there...passed my board exam, but taking a couple months off to get my money right and put together a personal training computer application that people can download and use for free...what new with you...looks like the training is going wonderfully...good luck with the comp. Oct. 4 lemme know how it goes!

Thanks 4 checking in...been really really caught up with school (finally passed my board exam after a series of unfortunate setbacks) and life (bills and debt) these last few months and for a long time, but I am not staying down got a lot of different projects going so I should be straight in time...I see you are doing well...Congratulations on wedding! O.k. never mind...I got some good news today that I passed my board exam so I guess I will be a doc after all ;-) I still plan on taking a little break from school training for a while to do research in NYC so I can catch up on crazy bills. I now have renewed optimism...was kind of down and out b4, but still managed to take care of my physical health although my mental health was a wreck...but I am almost back...how have you been?

Hey jamesgaskins...thanks for dropping a line...been ridiculously busy with the demands of life, let alone school...finally passed this big exam so now I am trying to face my life issues...mainly financial, but I am optimistic and still keep my health priority #1! Nice work over there your nice cuts and ur arms are huge...stay with it!

Thanks 4 checking in Leeanne...I am doing just o.k. I am in the process of making a big change in life. I am in the process of looking for work and leaving medical school...I am realizing it really isn't 4 me and rather than keep borrowing money towards it I am changing life directions...thinking about moving to NYC and doing non-profit health work, while also personal training...things are helter skelter and stressful right now! How have you been...still sexy I see ;-)
