Workout Program:
Monday Chest Day 2-9-09.


Flat barbell bench 135/225 to warm up. then 2 sets of 15 with 315.

Incilne Smith: 1/2/3 plates per side for down pyramiding 5 sets as low as 8 reps

Incline Hammer mts 3 super slow negative sets with 110 on each side.

Life fitness machine flys super wide 4 heavy squeeze sets.

Finished off with upside down bosu ball push ups and jumprope inbetween sets to get heart rate going.

I normally do an old school bodybuilding workout hard heavy with relatively low reps but this is me mixing it up.
