Man met iron, Man fell in love. All about improvement and completely self reliant. Discipline. Dedication.
Why I Love It:
Me and the iron, making changes. The only thing we can really control in our lives is our bodies.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love it, I love change, I love to lift, plain and simple. Always trying to impress my beautiful g/f and future wife Natalie.
BB Accomplishments:
None so far. I started at a pudgy 5'7 143 and got up to a semi muscular but heavy bodyfat of 310. I'm now 6' and a comfortably lean 245. Its all in the time.

Monday Chest Day 2-9-09.


Flat barbell bench 135/225 to warm up. then 2 sets of 15 with 315.

Incilne Smith: 1/2/3 plates per side for down pyramiding 5 sets as low as 8 reps

Incline Hammer mts 3 super slow negative sets with 110 on each side.

Life fitness machine flys super wide 4 heavy...

Training is going goos...I just posted some new pics...and I am down to 314lbs now...so it's going good...just dropping weight and trying to get my muscles to really pop out...what about you BEAST???
