How I Started:
I got into working out cause I always saw my Dad working out growing up. So I began to workout with him at age 11 and never stopped. I personal trained people even when I was 16 in my basement. Later I became certified as a personal trainer through ISSA and now do it for a living.
Why I Love It:
Just because it has always been my grounding. My base if you will and everything in my life has stemmed from it.
How I Stay Motivated:
There is always a reason, whether it be a new supplement or another person I meet who is in good shape can cause me to train harder so I look better. I always found a reason to train, but on the flip side I have found reasons to be lazy as well, this site helps me battle that.

Motivating people in my life, and becoming certified to train people.
