Long term goal of dropping body fat percentage to approximately 10%, and increasing overall strength. I have given myself 2 years to get to benching 1.5X my body weight (which would be ~225-240 lbs). I would also like to improve my running ability - 1 year goal of shaving 3-5 minutes off of my 3K time (personal best of 27:40).
