Hmmmm, not a lot of change. But then again, I haven't been pushing myself very hard. Will start going really heavy on cardio and cleaning up my diet soon.

Slowly but surely. I think I have lost mass. I've basically been watching my diet and not hitting the gym. I've lost weight, but need to increase protein intake and lifting.

Why not.
