How I Started: I got started because I am tired of feeling tired and worn out all of the time. My back hurts, and I get winded way too easily for someone my age. I also hope to use bodybuilding as an outlet for stress and anxious energy.
Why I Love It: I love working out and watching the change in physique and feeling better in general.
How I Stay Motivated: If I only knew. I struggle with motivation. I love reading up on bodybuilding online and in Muscle and Fitness.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): So I'd like to add mass, and drop body fat percentage, but most importantly strengthen my core to reduce back pain.
Goal (Long): Hopefully by strengthening my back and abs, I will suffer from less back problems. Additionally, I would like to become less winded with daily activities.

Looking good brother. We have the same goal. Does it get harder around 210 then when you were at 230. I droped fast from 230, but seem to be slowing.

You're losing weight, that great! and hopefully that's helping your back pain. Sounds like you're ready to add muscle and transform. Considering the holidays, probably a good time to say you're "bulking" and LIFT! :) (me too)
