How I Started:
I got started because I am tired of feeling tired and worn out all of the time. My back hurts, and I get winded way too easily for someone my age. I also hope to use bodybuilding as an outlet for stress and anxious energy.
Why I Love It:
I love working out and watching the change in physique and feeling better in general.
How I Stay Motivated:
After about a year off due to illness, deaths in the family, and the birth of my daughter I am ready to recollect myself, get off my butt and hit the gym again. I'm trying the P90x series in Sept.

So I'd like to add mass, and drop body fat percentage, but most importantly strengthen my core to reduce back pain.

Hopefully by strengthening my back and abs, I will suffer from less back problems. Additionally, I would like to become less winded with daily activities. I want a transformation through P90x!!!

So I've got the P90x system and i'm really stoked to use it.  I've read through the book and have set a date (Sept 7th) to start the program.  I'm really excited about it,  I can do the workouts at home so I can be close to my daughter after work and not seclude myself in a gym. I'll try to...
