When I Started:
Nov, 2006
How I Started:
I was naturally inspired and admired many people who had great physiques. Naturally, I was inclined to start lifting again (I did in High School) and started doing some reading on exercises and nutrition (books and online).
Why I Love It:
Working out is a great passion of mine, i don't mind doing anything for the sport. All of the hard work, and discipline is just a part of who I already am, as being an athlete in college sports. I realized, I took for granted how much it really is a part of me when I got sick, and couldn't do anything for days. Being fit and healthy, and learning new ways to do so is a great life journey that I plan to stick with forever.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation never really is a problem; considering why I go into the gym, or go run is easy - its to get better. For outside inspiration, or to feed my appetite for knowledge, I go find books on the subject, or just read articles/forums online (bodybuilding.com has a great community going here)
BB Accomplishments:
just doing it.

Yeah, its been a while since i posted anything on here. And yes, it has been because I have been getting fcuking lazy. Well, time to get to work. Actually, I'm going to go to sleep... well, ya gotta recover to get better.
Well DR...you'll soon lose your "runners body", then, but in favor of great muscle gains!! GO for it!! You've got an awesome base to start...pack it on. Doin great here...in the "sculpting" mode. Later..geoff
LOL. Isn't it amazing how we can innocently motivate each other on this site? Had another one of my friends just tell me the same thing yesterday!!...good luck on the new gym, way to go...new "toys"!!! I like it!!...later DR....P.S...working on the "8 pack now"...those lower ones are tough to shape!!
U certainly R working hard and it shows. Very athletic, muscled and ripped. That bod could go on for miles. And certainly when the two years are up and want to get bigger that physique will just explode with the proper diet and training. Andre
