My Workout Program
So I work out Monday through Friday after work. I always start with some simple stretching, then do abs, then run 1 mile to warm up. On Mondays I usually work legs and chest. Tuesdays arms, Wednesdays shoulders, Thursdays back and then Fridays chest again. I change the exercises and rotate them so that I don't do the same routine for 8 weeks. If you're asking why I do chest twice a week, well, I just think my chest is my smallest part and I'm trying to get it worked as much as possible. I have heard plenty of people tell me that once a week is fine, but I'm gonna do this for 2 months and keep track of the results. For the last month I have been running 3 miles after my workouts, but I lost 5 lbs, which isn't bad, but since my goal is to add weight, I'm only going to run 1 mile after my workouts M-W, and then 2 miles on Thursday and 3 miles after my Fridays workout just to get ready for the weekend.
