Back Stretch
This is after 20 days of weight lifting. I still don't really feel like I'm back into the swing of everything, but I don't feel as sore after workouts anymore.
This was taken during a back stretch/exercise today. I'm starting to intensify my workouts a little more to try and cut down the percent body fat this summer.

This was taken as I was finishing up my set. I was trying to get a photo DURING the workout but the "photographer" was late because I needed a lift off. 3-45 pound plates and a 25 pound plate on each side. Five reps for my set. I'll try to get another photo doing all 4-45 pound plates on my next chest day.

2 Weeks Off

This is after taking almost two weeks off from the gym. I've been wanting to get back in but its almost finals week- I don't have the time.

My abs look a little funky but at least my arms got a little bigger- they're actually measuring 16 inches in this photo.
