Yeah it was pretty terrible for a few days so I never even left the house. The sad part about it was that I didn't think to do P90X until AFTER the weather cleared up! I'm trying to get back on my cardio so I can cut a little more.

Everything was great before this nasty weather. I missed out on the gym this week waiting to see if it'll clear up (part of my neighborhood is flooded). I've got the weekend off though so if I can just put down the beer I can turn on a P90X video. But I'm enjoying time off too much.

Appreciate the positive comments, it's a struggle between school and injuries.

Its not bad- if you don't lift often it definitely helps to get people in great shape. If you're already a seasoned athlete it'll help to maintain your conditioning. But as far as making major improvements I've only managed to get smaller and more toned from it through sacrificing muscle mass. I started mixing between P90X and lifting not long ago- and so far it's coming along well.

I've gotten a some progress doing the P90X program, it's like you said, a mixture of lifting and cardio. The only downside to it is that for the second 30 days of the 90 day routine (I started on it recently) I tried to do it and lift at the same time and kinda crashed out a bit. I'm still trying to get back into the swing of it but I should be okay and where I want to be by summer time.

I'm glad to see you haven't let injury slow down your progress! A long time ago I got hurt and nearly stopped all together.

Ya that's the same one I use. It's not too bad, but sometimes I mix in a little bit of lemon-lime gatorade to help it go down a bit smoother.

Glad to hear that. I'm going to start that up relatively soon. I plan on switching back and forth between NO Shotgun and Superpump to avoid any possible tolerance buildup. Next month I'm going on Superpump, SizeON, and Mitotropin.

I guess part of it is just a matter of what you like to eat. Most of what I like to eat is healthy and as far as unhealthy I just try to keep away from. Whenever I eat something I know I shouldn't I try to do more of a workout following. As far as being motivated I just like to be sore and I love having goals to work towards. Find one that's always just out of your reach- and force yourself to find it.

How has training been coming along? How do you enjoy the Mitotropin? I've been considering taking that to shed a little bit of excess fat. I'm trying to get my % body fat down to the single digits.

Yeah I heard about that, that's a shame. I haven't checked back up to see if they have fixed it a yet. It's a good thing I stopped taking it before I found out about it. I considered switching temporarily to Superpump by Gaspari for the last part of my stack for the next few months. I take some of their other stuff and I've ben doing okay with their products- I just need to start hitting it harder till I get there.

Thanks I'm working at my own transformation. We all start somewhere. Just keep hitting it hard and eventually it'll all pay off! If you ever have any questions etc. feel free to shoot me a message. I'm relatively local and I don't mind giving advice.

Yeah I don't think I can say I've had any problems with it so far. I like it better than some of the other pre workout sups I've tried.

Oh shit you're right- I forgot I cropped it out of all of them! I'll put one up once I find my camera. I used to be an RA back in Strawberry Banks for a while. I'm still there doing grad school. LOL I didn't lift much back then or I'd have made much more progress by now.

No prob. How do you like the shotgun? I've just added it to my arsenal for my 7 am workouts (extra bit of caffeine helps to wake me up). Hopefully it'll help get me to where I wanna be by the start of the summer.

Hope so!! I've fallen behind with final exams!!! I'm switching to a low cal protein shake and doing 30 min cardio at least 3-5 times a week till I get back on schedule.
