Background

When I Started: Jan 1985
HOW I STARTED:

I started working out to improve as a BMX racer. After I stopped racing BMX, I decided to put my competitive energy into bodybuilding. I've now been competing in BB contest for 16 years.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It's all about having a goal or a dream of what you want to achieve or look like. Without dreams and aspirations, what do we have?

alecto42c Would a first-4th rib cause me intense pain in my scapula/rhomboid/lower trap area as well as my clavical? I was just seen for this and it reduced the pain 100% but I just want to make sure that was the culprit. they said the 1st-4th were out (due to football injuries over the years) - pain has been 2 years Apr 14, 2009 12:38pm

user345008781 Hi, What would you say were the best joint supplements to take? I have a clicky shoulder ( no pain), and was wanting your thoughts on the matter. I am starting to do some light rotator cuff exercises (external rotations lying on my side), and working on my posterior deltoids to balance out the shoulder more.
