Goal (Long):
Have a solid well proportioned body from head to toe. Legs need alot of work since ACL reconstruction in August 2006. Calves need double effort.
I want to be able to bench twice my bodyweight, so bench 150kg. The closest I got was 135kg at 76kg. This was on a student diet of cheap food and pretty uninspiring routine!
I want to be consistently at around 5-7% bodyfat.
Cheers for your comment on my squat vid. Yeah as you can see i've got such a tiny space to workout in (the whole flat is just that 1 room lol). Also the wooden floor creaks and is at a slight angle (enough to cause the bar to role if placed on the floor). Damn I need to get myself a better gym area
