Wow Bro, you have an amazing physique. Your abs are a perfect 8 pac. You have done an outstanding job. One that I am sure makes you very proud. You are one of the best I have seen. Very inspiring. Keep it up bro because its working well and right for you.
Too bad. But not gaining anything for three months? I presume you've been trying all the usual techniques (upping calories, increasing weight, lowering reps, etc). Or are you just focusing on staying lean right now?
Impressive physique! Keep up the great work. But, I have to know, have you been able to put on 5 lbs a month? That's a heck of a goal - but from what I see if anyone can do it, you can. Good luck!
What's going on bro? I just posted the new pics and video to show whether or not I hit my goal for this month :)
Tell me what you think.....any critiques we welcome.
Awesome physique bro! Incredibly wide back and awesome v-taper. You've trained hard to sculpt this huge and ripped physique. Awesome chest and abs too. Keep it up man.
Well if I remember correctly, you do a ridiculous amount of sports activity so it'll be hard. Honestly, it should've been hard to get even where you're at right now so that's a testament to your work ethic.
Have you been sticking to power/compound moves? For your goal, you probably don't wanna isolate anything for exercises. Stick with clean and jerk/press, squats, bench, etc.
Ya 5 lbs/month is extremely aggressive unless you're a genetic freak or on roids. Most say that 2 lbs/month is phenomenal. That's 24 lbs a year which is INSANE if you think about it. If I can pack 15 lbs to my frame, I think I'll be more than happy.
Thanks bro....I'm trying to catch up to you! I've been swelling up lately which I'm very happy about. My delts and traps have been VERY stubborn the past few months and have finally decided to grow. I hope they don't stop. My calves and legs grew much easier.
How's the muscle growth coming along for you? 5 lbs a month is some serious weight!
