Why I Love It:
I´m an adrenalin Junkie. I love to challenge my self so every time a new challenge come up I crap it. so I don´t need to motivate my self I simply love the sport.
How I Stay Motivated:
ever since I was a little kid i was tought never to give up. I´m not a quiter. I keep going no matter what. i kinda get a bad felling when don´t train. well it´s like we say no pain no game.
BB Accomplishments:
haven´t reached it yet but I´m competeing next year.
my plan is to improve my muscule strength to become stronger and better when I fight. I will use a training routine that will work on my abs, legs, chest, shoulders, bag and arm musculs. basicly a full body work out.

your doing great for 15 dude but you need to also keep in mind your going to bulk in muscle and grow naturally till your about 21 22 so now is the time to hit it hard and dont stop. excellent shape for your age bro
hey man just stay consistant and the next thing you know you'll be repping 200 for 10. your young have some patientce, if you keep at it you'll be a beast in no time
At this time I'm doing some lunges, dumbbell flyes and dumbbell side bends every day. Comparing the pictures of June to February does not seem to have progressed much, and I am a bit discouraged. Now I'll try to be more constant and dedicate on hour a day to reach my goals.
