Hey Dozer, saw your comment and just wanted to share what really worked for me. when i was getting close..to close for PRT standards being a problem...i started working out 2days on 1 day off. Doing full body circuit training and jogging 1-3miles on the 2 days i trained. Good Luck
Saw your post of the military forum. Might I suggest the addition of resistance bands? Compact and can just be tossed into any bag. When pulling insanely long range coverage or missing a team workout I actually attach them to my FLA and work out on the dropzone.
Wont be the end all, be all for a work out but def something to throw in there to mix it up!
