Of course I am ready to hit the beach and put on some trunks. I am completely stoked for the upcoming summer. I pretty much stay cut throughout the year, just have a little cutting to do in the abdominal area. And my friend you look fantastic. Keep up the superb work!

nah i dont have msn. Yeah i have just adapted to this diet thing and i always make little changes every now and then but i just do it because it works for me haha.

oatmeal in the mornings and protien shake = about 200-250. Then i will usually eat a serving of almonds and another protien shake 2-3 hours later = 200-250. ill take my preworkout mix which is like 50 cal at max. Post workout ill have another shake so about 150 there. Then about an hour after that ill have something like chicken and veggies so maybe around 400. Then about 2 hours before bed ill eat a two and a half serving can of tuna = about 200.

yea when im short on time it usually makes me go even faster.
i do arms all on the same day because my back work also works the biceps alot so i figure that i will just kill the arms on the same day. your body will adapt after a week or two so you dont get sore anymore anyways.

i put on a little muscle during this period and i gained strength as well. haha nice im ginna kill mine today too
