Just lifting heavy and eating right to try to accomplish my goal to reach 260lb.

Background
Well when i was growing up i was raised in a rough household with a alcoholic father, being picked on because of being heavy set growing up. I want to change and have a healthier life and make a example that i can do it and also help others in the process. So i started lifting when i was 13 and i really started lifting heavy when i was 18. I played football and baseball in middle school and high school. I was being scouted to play football for UVA in high school, so that even made me want to lift heavier. Also i had my son, that made me want to change, because i want to live a healthier, longer life down the road so i can be there with my son. So for everyone out there that gets or was picked on and are/were called fat. Use that in the gym, i use all the bad things that happen to me in my life as my rage in the gym. Remember its not to late to change! Good luck to everyone and if you ever need any pointers dont be afraid to ask!
I love bodybuilding/working out just because the feeling you get in the gym, the soreness you get the follow day. Now thats what i live for, if im not sore the follow day then i didnt work hard enough in the gym! I love the changes i see in myself over the years.

Sat- The group i didnt feel like i got a good workout.
Sun- Off Day
*The following weeks are always changed up, like for an example i would do chest on mon back on tues, etc! I do that so my body doesnt get into a plateau. Its always keeping my body in a suprise!
