Your blog on overtraining and your posting of your workout split changed flipped my progress 180 degrees. I'm training more intensely fewer times per week and seeing HUGE gains. Man, screw the BB magazines, and all the supplement hype - some free honest advice was all I needed. Thank you so much!

Haha, everyday I'm trying... get a little bit more motivated with every little 5lb strength increase... slow and steady, because this isn't a race! I'm excited to see what you can do with gaining size, because you obviously know how to cut. Good luck even though you don't need it!

Thanks, I've had a lot of luck with some modified DC training. Honestly, it's your page that I use for inspiration when I want to slack off on my cardio or cheat on my diet. Definitely appreciate the encouragement from someone I admire. That's funny you listen to ABR...I went to school with them, used to play legion shows with them, and now they just blew up much bigger than my shitty band. Good for them!
