Coming home from an 18 month deployment to Iraq I had lost over 40lbs. I idolized fellow soldiers and marines who maintained or gained lean mass while fighting the war on terror. I wanted to be part of the brotherhood of iron!
Why I Love It:
The way working out it changes your body is addicting. If you aren't happy with how you look and feel, you alone have the power to do something about it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivated! Motivated! Hell yea motivated!
BB Accomplishments:
Going from a skinny 160 in high school to a beast at 200. I'd like to get back to an extremely lean 205!

Your welcome brother, you deserve my gratitude. My wife would like to thank you as well. Her dad was a marine in Vietnam he served two tours voluntarily. When he returned he received no respect and that ultimately killed him through alcoholism.

I tried to join the army twice but I am old and have felonies on my record so they wouldn't take me. Thank you once again !!!!!!!! They took our planes and destroyed our buildings, what were we thinking? I have an MSW now and focus on PTSD hopefully if needed I can help our when thetroops return.
Thanks Eric, it really is hard work..but hard work pays off right!? Keep on it, and stay in touch bro, you are definitely making progress. Hope all is well.

That's cool you went to scholl with those dudes!..Yeah, it's always weird when people you know get all famous-ish. Hope all is well with you bro, and I wish you the best for 08!! Let's get massive!
Thanks a lot Eric, that means a lot bro. I do my best to help others out any way I can, after all..it is what I want to do and enjoy doing. There isn't a better feeling than someone coming up to you telling you "thank you" for helping them out. Merry Christmas bro, take care.
