I change up my workout a lot. Sometimes I do drop sets (where you drop weight each set with no rest in between). I usually do 4 to 5 sets. And sometimes i do just four sets of 6 to 12 reps. 6 reps each set with a burnout on the last set if i'm tryin to bulk up and i use higher reps for...
