How I Started:
A friend did it for his Senior project in High School. He wanted a partner, and I had played sports all my life, and needed something to keep active.
Why I Love It:
I love going in, working my ass off, knowing I left it all in the gym, and that I'll be back tomorrow. The fact that I'm not going to be a statistic in America.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keep looking in the mirror, and then look at pictures of people in terrible shape, and realize I don't EVER want to be like that.

none... never plan on competing, just hoping to continue lifting for a long time.

Goal (Long):
I would like to first gain about another 10-15 lbs of muscle. Then once I hit there, I plan on cutting and seeing where I am. If I'm happy with that, I'll work mostly on strength and just take the extra muscle as a bonus. If I'm not satisfied after the cut, then back to bulking.
