When I Started:
Oct, 2009
How I Started:
I had been eating really unhealthy for months, lots of fried foods and pizza, I guess the unhealthy living started to affect my mood. I started to feel depressed. When the scale hit 100 kg (~220 lbs) and people around me started to say I was fat I thought it was time for a lifestyle change. No more unhealthy foods for me and time to start working out.
I had been checking this site for some time and seen the great transformations some people go thru and learned about nutrition and training but never committed to it. Then I found the P90x program and decided to do that to get my body into shape and get used to weight training.
So now I am back on the road to a healthier mind, body and soul.
Why I Love It:
I just love to push myself, and see how my mind and body adapts. You can do so much more than you think you can do.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't need to motivate myself. It's just something I do.

Oh! I actually have tried the PX90 cardio..with the core, kickboxing and plyometrics. That is intense. I sweat off a few pounds everytime ive done it. But I havent tried any of the other workouts.
I've seen a number of people write about their experiences with P90X. It's a lot of work, but people get good results from it, like you already are. Keep at it and your progress will continue.
