wanderlight nice article dude. for a non-competitive hobby, I can't imagine the time+food+supplements+research commitments though. the amount of preparation for all that food for six days a week is sick, how do you do it? i only train twice a week and i can barely get my self to stuff milk/egg/peanut butter wholemeal sandwiches on those days. badwella Hey bud, it's taken me forever to reply. Training is good now that I'm back to off-season (well, transitioning into off-season). My energy levels are up and I'm ready to pack on some more size before I step on stage again. How about you? I'm doing a show in Texas in July, you should think about it. They have a men's physique category that I think you would do great in. If not in TX, there are definitely shows in KC or Tulsa, etc. Oct 11, 2011 8:39pm
