How I Started:
I started by buying a multi gym to build strength for rugby, this then lead into a passion for bodybuilding which is only getting more passionate by the second.
Why I Love It:
You have control over what your doing with your body and it clears the mind.

Its my love and i work in a gym its pretty easy to stay motivated.

Ok so i seem to have let myself go abit this year after my last op. Im currently at 26% bf which is the highest I've ever been, but as with most years I shall be dieting down to around 12-15% and stay that lean throughout the year. I hate dieting but wish me luck!
