My HIT fling has left its mark: my HVT is somewhat different now, but I think a marriage of the two philosophies will produce greatness!

I'm back to my HVT after an 8-wk affair with HIT. I may have another fling with HIT in the future but I feel I need my HVT now.

My 2nd HIT/HD workout took 11 minutes... and I could barely walk afterward! Will I grow? Will I get stronger? We'll see...

I am almost done reading one of Mike Mentzer's books. Tried my first session of "Heavy Duty" HIT yesterday. I was whimpering like a puppy!

I'm happily back to stuffing my face and shoving out the heavy sets and low reps. Cardio was kind of dull today, though!

My last "check-in" found me at 126 pounds and 17% bodyfat. After losing weight due to letting my diet slide, I'm glad to be gaining again.

I started a new macrocycle yesterday. My new workout plan will cover the next 12 weeks. I'm psyched!
