Dude, I'm doing all of the above! Seriously, I found a workout buddy, he is having his way with me. I mean, really pushes, I have to remind him I'm just beginner level. He's just excited to have someone with him. What have you got??

What you say Brad!! Man, exercising lately has been tough, not by lack if motivation but have been really busy. Found a guy who is into lifting and I'm tagging along with him to gym. Running has been hard - terrible shin splints! Wish I could get leaner. See you around!

I think my 1.5 mile time has not improved. I got terrible shin splints!!! Had to stop foe a while.
