What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
I don't have much support, actually none, so I record my improvements and find songs that I feel fit with situations that I can sing along to :)

Yes - family, No - friends. My friends, eh, well aquaintances, don't have the same goals as me. They want to stay drunk for now so fuck'em. What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
2:1 protein:fast release carbs and glutamine. Fast release carbs to get it into my muscles fast to replenish what was lost (and is still being burned) also as a transport for the protein.
