My mum was an arobic instructor and got me a gym membership in year 10 at school becasue I was over weight and i've been on and off the gym trying to loose weight since then.
Now i've started to take it serious and have lost alot of weight.
Why I Love It:
The feeling I get during and after the work out is awsome and I just feel good knowing i'm eating right.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and see the fat dropping off, the scale going down is also a great feeling...
BB Accomplishments:
None at this stage but believe me they will come...

I'm still going down but so much crap is comming up and then I get back on track. I have some stuff on this weekend but after that i'm going 100%, no excuses, but I think i'll switch back to my diet for about 2500 calories, I will loose for sure then :D
Glad to here you are still on track Dominik. Your a better man for finding a life outside the internet :) I am very impressed with how dedicated you have been to your transformation my friend. Isn't it strange how much easier things can be once we set our mind on it? It's like flipping a switch. And they we wonder why the hell we didn't do it before. Good job buddy!
