Currently...

Monday: Chest/Triceps
Tuesday: Back/Biceps
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Shoulders/Abs
Saterday: Rest/Possibly Cardio

At the moment i might slap a 10 minute cardio sesh on the end.
