MEAL 1: 2 cup Oats meal with 1 banana and 10 egg white
Pre-workout: 6 ounces white potatoes with 2 teapons cuttage cheese
Post- Workout: 2 cup ON GOLD-STANDER Whey Protein Isolate with 6 strawberry
MEAL 4: 8 ounces chicken breast or tipalia and 7 ounces brown rice with green beans
MEAL 5: 8 ounces of turkey breast with ulimitted broccoli
MEAL 6: 2 cup Casein with water only
