If i had the time...
-jog 30 - 45 min. in the morning everyday
-Day 1 cardio 10 - 20 min, strength train arms/shoulders 4 - 5 workouts per muscle, cardio 10 - 15 min.
-Day 2 cardio 10 - 20 min, strength train chest/back/legs 4 - 5 workouts per muscle (legs count as one muscle)
