When I Started:
How I Started: I started during my last year of High School after I watched the movie “Conan”. At that time women in my country didn’t work out and I was the only girl in the gym, but I loved it from the first time I walked in. The problem then was that I didn’t have idea about proper exercise, nutrition, supplements etc., so I had to learn from my mistakes until I get it right.
Why I Love It: What I love about working out is that it makes me feel alive. There were many times I had to quit and thought I would never be able to go back and those were the worst times of my life. I am grateful right now that I’m back on track and full of hope for the future.
How I Stay Motivated: My biggest motivation of course comes from the inside. I’m a perfectionist and very stubborn. Second and not less important are the people around me. I prefer training in a public gym, because people give me energy and excitement.
