Weeell....was off training for a bit :-( ....at one point i had to decide if i wanted to sleep or workout!...so i chose to sleep! Grueling hours at work paying off though..expansion going extremely well...soooo now I can balance it out a bit more..hitting the gym and gonna shed some extra pounds i put on 7 lbs :-(((...trainers say lift heavy for weeks..then diet ..do you agree?

I am at a standstill with my diet..why am i hungry all the time..how can i curb my appetite?? too many business lunches! I cant stay motivated! advice?

Yeah all is well with me , just work too hard but used to it..it's all good.Changing gym schedule, will work out at night instead of mornings..when do u work out?
