I started working out my first year of High School Football back in 1993. I realized I was way to skinny to be productive, one year later I was playing Varsity.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of accomplishment and "The Pump"....nothing like it. I think Arnold sais it best in Pumping Iron.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know what I used to look like and why. Now a days this is my lifestyle and I love the feeling of being fit!
