i was never really they type to get into fitness, i didnt have a tight body anyway. i joined the military and went to basic and noticed that i had a 6 pack, but after i got outta basic it left me aswel. by next summer i want to be ripped up . i want tight abs, round biceps,lean legs, and a nice looking chest. i wanna up my weight on the bench aswell to atleast 250, all by july next yr.
