Background
Foil & saber fencer since 1994. Began training in Filipino stickfighting and Brazilian jiu-jitsu in 1997. Started kettlebell lifting (RKC/"Hard Style") in early 2005.
I've always enjoyed martial arts and combat sports, and I was able to re-hab an old lower back injury with kettlebells.
