April 14 - Beginning of Program - 175lbs Front after 1 month progess cutting - 176lb
I took this today to help me keep track of before and after, this is me at 183 pounds, after much insecurity ive decided to do something about it.
This is me after just over 1 month, i lost 8 pounds and it is starting to show.

I want to get down to 12% bodyfat, i started at 20% and have managed to lose 8 pounds to drop it down to 16%, i now have one month left to lose 8 pounds for the 12% bodyfat i desire.

had a good workout despite my shorts ripping from sack to crack on my first set of squats, finished my whole workout but decided against cardio.

Squat 3x5 110lb
Bench Press 3x5 95lb
Deadlifts 1x5 100lb

no worries man! just keep at it...im in the same boat, trying to perfect a great body! at the moment my goal is just to get through winter eating healthy, putting on good mass and getting inspiration from all of the guys and girls on here! all the best mate
