LOL. I asked you if we were suppose to go all the way down, haha. I don't think I could have done the prescribed weight if that was the case...would have given it a try though.
No worries on the Sunday workouts. I normally like to chill at home too on Sundays. Today was just one of those odd ones, eh?

Hell, I'm NOT doing the 15k! I don't like running...3miles (5k) is more than enough for me. I remember doing a 10k in Afghanistan...that was enough for me.
We just had a pull-up bar. Just ran on the track, took the dumb bells out there, and did pulls up on the bar. I ended up having to do jumping pull-ups half way into the 2nd set.

The only thing that I scaled was 35lbs instead of 55...cause we didn't have 55lbs weights...only 35 or 60. What about you guys?
