A co-worker turned me onto cross-fit and I really enjoyed it. Now I'm just seeing how long I can keep at it!
Why I Love It:
You feel really good after an intense work out. It feels very rewarding.

I want to get back in shape not just so that I can keep up a healthy appearance as a leader, but also for my wife and baby on the way.

Dude we did "Fight Gone Bad" on the beach. Brutal! Hardest CF workout I have ever done. Got a 234 though. Good times! Oh BTW I made my own Wallball yesterday it was super easy and cheap!
