This is the starting point. 165lbs and almost 22% body fat.  So I've lost 3 lbs and have been working out more or less 3 x a week. See anything?

I've lost about 3 lbs so far. I've been doing crossfit for 4 weeks and already I feel amazing! I notice I have more energy, I'm in a better mood, and my clothes are fitting better. I definitely want to keep this up!

Dude we did "Fight Gone Bad" on the beach. Brutal! Hardest CF workout I have ever done. Got a 234 though. Good times! Oh BTW I made my own Wallball yesterday it was super easy and cheap!

Thanks Turtle! Omgawd, just did an hour on my heavy bag and my fingers are so swollen (yes I had gloves on...lol) that is a freggin awesome workout too! I killed my foot on the chain once though! lol
