Currently doing DoggCrapp training! Seriously, thats what it is called!
I have maintained a detalied workout log for 2 years in the forums and in my blogs. I also have been posting videos of my workouts for the past 3 months on youtube.
the past three workouts. had some bad ones in there but it isnt like we all have great and wonderful workouts every single one, right?

People really have programs for this?
Motivation is a poor way to get results in my opinion! Motivation comes and goes. Some days it is good, some days it is terrible! If one relies on motivation then results arent going to be good and they will soon just give up!
Instead of motivation i am a believer in determination and dedication! Those will hold one even when motivation is low! When one is determined and dedicated it doesnt matter how bad the week or month has been, they are still in the gym because they have a goal and they fortitude to reach it!
