I have maintained a detalied workout log for 2 years in the forums and in my blogs. I also have been posting videos of my workouts for the past 3 months on youtube.
the past three workouts. had some bad ones in there but it isnt like we all have great and wonderful workouts every single one, right?

People really have programs for this?
Motivation is a poor way to get results in my opinion! Motivation comes and goes. Some days it is good, some days it is terrible! If one relies on motivation then results arent going to be good and they will soon just give up!
Instead of motivation i am a believer in determination and dedication! Those will hold one even when motivation is low! When one is determined and dedicated it doesnt matter how bad the week or month has been, they are still in the gym because they have a goal and they fortitude to reach it!

We had dinner last night at a local steakhouse for the kennel boy who graduated from high school. For smallville the food is alright but the service is horribly slow. We all got there at around 6 and didnt get our food until 7:30. i was tired by the end of yesterday with a long work day and then dreaded cardio consisting of running stairs. yuck! I was in bed by 9 and asleep shortly after and thankfully no emergency calls. So the boss has been telling me i needed to get cardio in for months now and i have had lots of good excuses for not doing it! I slept like a rock last night. Got up once to let the dogs out and was out fast and hard until the alarm went off at 4! I was a good girl and did my 45 hanging leg raises! Zac somehow FORGOT to do his homework yesterday so it was a fight to get him to sit still and focus long enough to get it done. I had big plans to take lots of naps this weekend! AND it didnt happen ! Had emergencies all morning on saturday and then spent all afternoon at the new church building tearing things down and cleaning things up.
