How I Started:
When I was in the Navy, I had a good buddy that was HUGE!!! I wanted to be like him so I started working out when I could. Although I didn't grow big, I was strong.

Why I Love It:
The few moments after you get done with a set and your are positively High! I love it when I get that feeling.

Goal (Long):
In 1999, I weighed 220 Lbs. - I had 19" arms, a 48" chest, and a 34" waist - And I was STACKED!
But I got sick...
So, seriously, I want to get massive - Naturally. I want to hear people ooh and ah every time I take a drink from my water bottle! I want to get 21" arms with the Arnold Peaks! I want the Lee Priest "I am damn sexy" physique and honestly - his confidence.
I met Shawn Ray and Bob Cicherillo at the Colorado Show.
So for about 20 days now I have been out of commission with a series of ear and sinus infections. Just two weeks ago I got maybe 20 hours of sleep from saturday night to friday night. Last saturday I took a bunch of allergy meds and forced myself to sleep through the pain, pressure, and lack...
