I got started when I began playing football in High School. But since graduating college, I began to slack off. Now it's time to get back in shape!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the feeling of accomplishment you get after hitting the weights and the instant results that it produces physically.
How I Stay Motivated:
Results: Looking at myself and realizing what I've accomplished, not only physically but also by living a healthier lifestyle. Seeing how far I've come only motivates me to go farther.
BB Accomplishments:
- 7 months of strict workouts!
- Getting under 20% bodyfat!
- Getting down to a 38 inch waist!

No problem, well supps are always a good idea but theres other ways. You can cycle carb days or increase wieght training, theres gotta be something you can change up. Either way your almost there. What are u looking though like a fat burner? I'd be interested to what the results would be if u went that route because I'am planning on doing the same soon.
