How I Started:
I got started when I began playing football in High School. But since graduating college, I began to slack off. Now it's time to get back in shape!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the feeling of accomplishment you get after hitting the weights and the instant results that it produces physically.
How I Stay Motivated:
Results: Looking at myself and realizing what I've accomplished, not only physically but also by living a healthier lifestyle. Seeing how far I've come only motivates me to go farther.
BB Accomplishments:
- 8 months of strict workouts!

hey hey big guy! any new progress? i went to the doc and asked whats up why cant i lose weight and come to find out i have a thyroid problem, i wasnt producing next none of T4 so i basically been going without any metabolism for who knows how long! oh well im on meds now so it should striaghten out. . .
