I have been working out nearly my entire life. At first it was to stay in shape for sports. I played college basketball for 4 years and really received some good weight training. I became hooked and loved how the human body can change shape. The last couple of years I have started to take it more seriously.
Why I Love It:
I love the satisfaction of actually seeing your body change shape and the feeling of accomplishment.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by constantly keeping up with the fitness world. I love to read and try new workouts/training methods. I have a lifting partner and we push each other and hold one another accountable for our fitness goals. Seeing changes in the human body makes me want to keep going back day after day.

Goal (Long):
I have been working hard to maintain this body for the last couple years but I have not got menatlly focused. I have not stayed disciplined enough to keep the shape and the defined look that I desire. I need to stay with my diet and lay off the booze on the weekends! Time to shape up and grow up!
Haha, thats what I heard but I use it for a pre w/o boost. I think the Aztecs used it before battle or something. The stuff has really done good for giving lasting energy. Taste--not so good.

Yeah, when I had the stomach flu I took a ginger drink called KOMBUCHA. I think its fermented ginger tea. Dirt nasty but it worked. You take any other herbs supps for training? Oh ever try Maca root?
