Fit Status:
I want to get as ripped and shredded as I can and for once, to finally get some abs..
Well, to be honest, I was short and skinny my entire life and by the time I graduated from college I had it with people telling me I was too skinny etc. I wanted to be of average size so after I graduated from college I finally decided to do something about it. I started weight-training at 120 pounds and today I stand at 180 plus pounds. I would do it all over again if I had to. One of the best things I have ever done in my life.

Constantly challenging myself and setting goals to look better.
BB Accomplishments:
Winning first place in the 181 pound weight class in 2003 Powerlifting championships. Taking third place in the 165 pound weight class bench press competetion in 2003. Winning first place in the 198 pound weight class in 2006 Powerlifting meet.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Doesn't bother me. I have and do do it if I need that extra push.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Shorts and a t-shirt when I am lifting weights and add in hooded sweatshirt and a beanie when I am doing cardio. Why? Because I wear what is comfortable not what looks good..
I work out 5 days a week. My program runs like this
Day 1) Biceps and Triceps
Day 2) Shoulders
Day 3) Legs
Day 4) Chest
Day 5) Back
I change up my routine quite often, however, I still usually do four exercises per bodypart and usually 5 sets per exercise,(20 sets) except on Flat Bench,...
