thenaturalone Every trainer has their own approach to contest prep. I'm sure either one would be able to help you produce results. It's just a matter of finding what works best for you. Everyone has different levels of insulin sensitivity and such, and respond different to different types food. Jul 10, 2011 3:57pm

thenaturalone So November will be the month hey? That is awesome!! That will give you plenty of time for prep. It will be an exciting time for you! Just a tip, all the natural shows I have done, they give you allot more points for cuts than they do size. bigchief12 Yeah I really did work with him! I had him handle my nutrition, I didn't do training with him because I didn't feel like there was much to learn witout someone there with me in ragards to training. I feel like it went really well, it wasn't too pricey by any means. It would have been nice to have someone right there with me you know, but I feel he is about as good as it gets online consulting wise. Jul 6, 2011 12:02pm
