alot of water retention, but down to about 178lbs

about 4 and a half months from when I started I think im at around 12% bf, I have maintained relatively the same weight, but lost alot of fat and gained alot of muscle

just started cutting @183lbs and 12%BF in this pic. Going down to 10% BF for summer-next winter I will start to bulk back up again.

another week or so gone by of slow cut (180lbs)

still continue to eat healthy-less fat more protein. So far BF has dropped without losing really any muscle
