Hello Chris!! Nice to see you!! Well Life has given me a cold for 1 1/2 weeks now but, I'm surviving. Going to school atm so it's not as bad as having to deal with being sick at work I guess. :) How are things with you? Doing anything for xmas? Visiting relatives? Staying home? Dressing up as Santa? I have to put up my new xmas avi soon..Mrs.Claus. LoL

Heya! Yup it's been a LONG time. I'm in school atm..finshing up the last weeks of my electrical program.(3rd year). I've been under the weather with a cold for 1 1/2 now. I feel better today so it's back to the gym with me. :) You are looking stunning as always. Total inspiration! Hope all is well with you. Any plans for xmas? Just around the corner! :)

Hi there Muscles! :D Thanks for the comments. Yeah I need new pics but, closer to goal. This week has been pretty hectic..Im back to school again for 3rd electrical apprentice training. They are gonna kill us this term. 150% more work they say. UGH! I use my electrical books to fall asleep at night. LoL Well...besides that all's good. Hope you are having a great week!

wow you are really doing great for yourself!! Strongman..Congrats!! I told DF what you said and he won't give up the ps3..he said he's "starting a beerbelly". LoL He needs ps3 rehab!! He's not too bad tho. he gets stuff done. We still hit the gym and all..and go out lots. :) I just celebrated my bday on yesterday. Getting old sucks...getting presents doesn't! :p hehe

Hey!! How are you?!! Been a really looong time. LoL Well Im good..working my butt off. DF is doing great too..he's still playing WH believe it or not..he's a General now! He'll never give up that ps3 game. He posts on ps3 forums so that's why he's never on here anymore. LoL I hope things are great for you. I miss IM days too. *sigh*..good old times. :)

Thank you..I appreciate it. I dont have a prob. gaining muscle at all. Dieting is a whole different story. LoL It's going good so far. :) (decided to count calories for a few weeks).
