Overall Goal: My goal is to train smart and hard. I like to imagine that the weights are trying to beat me at a game every day and that my job is to win the game. Loosing is not an option!
Fit Status:
Started my zig-zag diet to shred up. This is the hard part for me!

When I Started:

How I Started:
I started getting seriouse about weight training in high school when football became my new obsession. Though I remember my mom taking me to Gold's in Redondo Beach when I was a kid. I would try to do what the big guys were doing.
Why I Love It:
I love weight training for so many reasons. It taught me dicipline at a very young age and has been there for me ever since. I can escape the rest of the world when I put some headphones on and hit the weights. It is my time. It is my therapy.
I love seeing results and reaching for higher goals. But most of all I love that weight traing teaches dedication.
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont know how I have stayed motivated for so many years. I must be wired differently from my friends who are yo-yo exercisers. I think that i am just very self motivated and I love the challenge of weight training.
